Autism is not just a diagnosis, nor is it a label. It is our past, our current and our future. You are here because autism has impacted your life in dramatic ways. Perhaps its relationships, or anxiety, or maybe it's a trail of unintentional consequences because we try to fit into a world that doesn't understand us.

You are welcome to sit with me and explore your experience, you will finally be able to drop the mask and be yourself without fear of judgement. I practice strength's based counselling and offer reasonable adjustments including flexible appointments.
