Mindscapes Wellness is a wellbeing practice offering solution-focused hypnotherapy, mindfulness coaching, and neurodiversity-aware support. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where individuals can explore challenges, build resilience, and create positive, lasting change. I have a strength based future focussed approach.

My services are designed to support neurodivergent children over 8 years of age, young people, adults and parents of neurodivergent people, professionals experiencing stress or burnout, women navigating midlife transitions, and anyone seeking greater emotional wellbeing, confidence, and balance. My personal experience of being a mother to an autistic non speaking teenage boy, a parent to parent emotional support volunteer with National Autistic Society and studying 'Neurodiversity coaching' and 'Understanding Autism', I am able to support autistic children and parents/carers with complete understanding of their strengths and challenges. By combining evidence-based solution-focused approaches with mindfulness techniques and strength based Neurodiversity aware techniques I help clients focus on their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and move towards their preferred future.

Sessions are delivered online from the comfort of the client’s own safe space, making support accessible, flexible, and tailored to individual needs. At Mindscapes Wellness, my focus is on empowering people to reconnect with their inner resources, improve wellbeing, create an everylasting positive change and thrive in everyday life.
