Marsco provides calm, neurodiversity‑affirming coaching for autistic and otherwise neurodivergent young people, adults, and families.. My approach is grounded in counselling skills, health & wellbeing, ADHD and somatic coaching, nervous‑system education, and lived experience, offering support that is emotionally safe, validating, and tailored to each person’s neurotype.

I offer 1:1 coaching for teenagers and adults, whole‑family coaching, and practical guidance around routines, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and communication. Sessions are paced gently, use clear language, and include visual supports and personalised strategies to reduce overwhelm. Autistic clients are supported to understand their brain, build confidence, manage school or daily life, and develop tools that genuinely work for them.

Families receive collaborative support to reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, and create calmer home environments. My service is designed to help autistic people feel seen, understood, and empowered — with flexible, relational support that meets them where they are.
