What does the service provide?
Marcia Care and Education provides individual, therapeutic mentoring and support tailored to autistic young people. Support is delivered in a structured, consistent, and low-demand way, focusing on building trust, emotional wellbeing, and confidence.
We work at the young person’s pace, adapting to their communication style and sensory needs, and supporting engagement in learning, daily routines, and community activities.

How are families involved?
We work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistency and understanding across all environments. Regular communication and feedback are provided, and support is aligned with EHCP outcomes and professional recommendations.
