At London Trusted Therapy, Harley Street, our Autism Complete programme offers a thorough, gold-standard private autism assessment using the internationally recognised ADOS-2 tool, delivered by a specialist multidisciplinary team of clinical psychologists and trained assessors. We are a proudly neurodiversity-affirming practice — one that sees autism not as a deficit to be fixed, but as a different and valid way of experiencing the world.

What our programme includes:

• Pre-assessment consultation
• Full diagnostic assessment using the ADOS-2
• Detailed participant interview (up to 2 hours) and an observer interview (up to 2 hours)
• Comprehensive written diagnostic report
• Feedback session with your assessing clinician
• Access to post-diagnosis therapy and coaching support which can be offered immediately at the practice, in person or online.
