Open Space Counselling
I'm Lois, a counsellor offering confidential, 'person-centred' counselling to Neurodivergent adults (18+), whether you have a diagnosis or self-identity.
I have a wealth of personal and professional experience in working with Neurodivergent people, both as a counsellor, and in other settings.
Most of my experience is with AuDHD (Autism and ADHD)
I am able to tailor sessions to suit your needs, such as lower lighting or fidget toys (provided when 'in person', or you can bring your own).
Whatever your needs are, we can talk about this in the initial assessment and make any adaptations accordingly.
Sessions are offered 'in person' at my office on the Lincolnshire/ Cambridgeshire border, online via WhatsApp, Google Meet (video or audio), Google Meet or on the phone.
