LilyAnne’s Wellbeing is a welcoming, community-based wellbeing hub in Hartlepool, offering inclusive mental health and loneliness support for adults and families.
Our service is neuro-affirming and autism-friendly by design. We provide calm, predictable environments, clear communication, flexible appointment options, and the choice of one-to-one or small group support. There is no pressure to talk, share, or engage in ways that feel uncomfortable. People are supported at their own pace, in ways that work for them.
Support includes peer support, wellbeing sessions, social connection activities, practical support, and access to accredited counselling services. Many of our staff and volunteers have lived experience of autism, ADHD, mental health challenges, and loneliness, ensuring understanding, empathy, and non-judgemental support.
We reduce common barriers faced by autistic people by offering routine, structure, sensory-aware spaces, and clear information about what to expect before attending. Our focus is on building trust, reducing isolation, and helping people feel safe, understood, and part of a community.
LilyAnne’s Wellbeing is open to anyone seeking support, with particular care taken to ensure autistic people feel respected, accepted, and supported from the very first contact.
