Lighthouse Pathways is a CQC-registered private clinic providing specialist autism assessments for adults and children across the UK. Our assessments are led by clinicians with specific autism diagnostic training and follow NICE guidance (CG142, CG128), using recognised, validated diagnostic tools appropriate to age and presentation.

We understand that the assessment process itself can be a source of anxiety for autistic people, so we've built our service around removing common barriers: assessments are delivered remotely via secure video from home, avoiding unfamiliar clinical environments and travel; appointments are structured and clearly explained in advance, with no surprises on the day; and clinicians take a patient-led, non-judgemental approach that allows extra time for processing and communication differences.

We recognise that autism and ADHD frequently co-occur, so we also offer a combined ADHD and autism assessment pathway for people who don't fit neatly into one category — meaning individuals don't need to repeat their history across two separate assessments with two separate services.

No GP referral is required. Individuals, parents/carers, or professionals can self-refer directly via our website, and our team is available beforehand by email or phone to answer questions and help people feel prepared for what to expect.
