Welcome
I'm Lauren Kriwald, an experienced neuro-inclusive counsellor and ADHD coach registered with BACP.
I offer a calm safe space where together we can slow things down and find clarity on what's brought you to seek counselling.
My authenticity and inclusive approach help create a non-judgemental environment. Here, your whole being and experience is welcome.
Since qualifying in 2019 I have developed my practice as a place to calmly connect with you and what's currently happening in your world, to safely begin to work through what's brought you to therapy.
I have specialised in neurodiversity since 2022, after my own diagnosis of autism. As well as developing tools from training in neurology, the nervous system and IFS, these experiences have deepened my ability to work with all neurotypes with greater empathy and understanding.
I have since gone on to develop ways of working with complex trauma, guided by your desired outcomes, that allow you to heal and unlock more of who you truly are.
I have also trained as an ADHD clinical services provider, which brings useful coaching skills and psychoeducation to help understand and better navigate your unique neurodiverse intricacies.
