I am a qualified and registered BACP counsellor based in Bournemouth, offering a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. I offer a range of counselling options depending on what feels right for you. I provide in-person counselling in Bournemouth, as well as online and telephone sessions across the UK, making therapy accessible and flexible.

I have experience in working with clients who have: AuDHD, Social and general anxiety and low self-esteem, Who have Neurodivergence or questioning their neurodiversity, Visible and Invisible disabilities, A desire to understand themselves, make sense of their identity and are struggling with self-acceptance, Challenges at work or college/university or within their family system or want to explore their relationships and burnout

Through therapy, we can explore your needs together, supporting you to reconnect with yourself, your values, and your voice and helping you move forward at your own pace.
