I am a qualified and experienced counselling therapist and clinical supervisor and I work integratively, that is using various modalities including solutions-focussed, CBT, DBT, person-centred and psychodynamic.

I work pretty much exclusively with children/teens and adults who are Autistic and/or ADHD. I also work with parents, and siblings of those who are autistic. These are my preferred people to work with.

I also work with the overlap or co-occurring conditions that often go alongside Autism, such as anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, health issues, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and other specific learning difficulties and disabilities.

My services are catered to people on the Autism spectrum, working with them on issues that affect them and people around them such as Relationship issues, Challenging behaviour, Moderate learning disabilities, Mental health problems & Physical disability. 

I accept people from anywhere within the UK. People outside the UK are considered dependent on country and applicable laws in that country.

UPDATE: I have now moved to Pembrokeshire but I am originally from Surrey/Sussex and am still happy to work with people from that area, albeit that it will be online work now.
