I am a late-diagnosed autistic therapist. I offer flexible, integrative online or in-person psychotherapeutic counselling to anyone, but specialise in working with autistic people. I tailor my therapy to the person in front of me, and often support people pre and post-diagnosis. A diagnosis of autism can change your identity, your sense of self, and can reframe a lot of life events. There's a lot of positive work around accomodating yourself, self-compassion, understanding your sensory needs and lots more.
