Kate Winter Psychotherapy

Main information

Service categories: Counselling and therapies

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with clinics in Lewes, Brighton and Hove. I offer therapy to adults experiencing a broad range of difficulties. I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their Code of Ethics.

I have worked in a variety of settings including the Police Service and Rape Crisis, and am experienced in working with clients who have experienced trauma in all forms, whether in early years, adult life or both. With additional training and experience working as a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, I am particularly interested in the mind body connection and use of psychotherapy to explore this.

My approach is autism-friendly and tailored to support my clients' individual strengths, rather than forcing conformity to neurotypical norms. I offer sessions both in person and online via Zoom.
