Hi, I’m Kate (she/her), an autistic and ADHD, queer speech and language therapist and sensory integration practitioner.

I offer online and in-person support for autistic people 8 years+ who are formally diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring. My work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practice, with a strong focus on emotional safety, identity, and inclusion.

I offer post-diagnostic support, psychoeducation, and ongoing therapy for autistic adults and young people—including those with spiky profiles, high or fluctuating support needs, and experiences of trauma, masking, or minority stress.

I support individuals, families, couples, teams, and organisations through therapy, co-thinking spaces, supervision, and training. My sessions are always person-led and adapted to honour communication differences, sensory needs, and lived experience. I often work with people navigating:

• Post-diagnostic or self-discovery journeys
• Monotropism, scripting, or Gestalt language processing
• Interoception, burnout, and self-regulation
• Communication challenges at work, school, college, university or home
• Advocacy, reasonable adjustments, and self-understanding

I also provide supervision and training for therapists, educators, and employers seeking to build more inclusive, affirming environments for autistic people.
