I am an autistic autism coach and consultant working within a relational, non-pathologising framework. My practice is shaped by lived experience alongside 10 years of professional practice.

I believe the autistic experience is unique to everyone and needs to understood on its own terms.

I help people of all ages to:

  • Recover from bad experiences.
  • Reconnect with deeper awareness.
  • Increase self-knowledge and compassion.
  • Live with greater authenticity.
  • Lead with more clarity and confidence.

I offer a space for exploration to help you recover (if necessary), clarify what you want, and take the right action to get it.

You will develop confidence to make the changes you want and need.

Increasing your self-awareness can be scary, but with proper support, it can be done. I know because I've done it. You can reclaim your life.

I offer help with:

  • Burnout
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Socially drained
  • Going through a rough time
  • Family and relationships
  • Personal problems
  • Pre-diagnosis and newly-diagnosed support
  • Curious about going for an assessment or not
  • Work and study blocks
  • Vision fulfilment and making big decisions
  • Working out who you are and what you want to be
  • Spirituality and Meditation
  • Support for other therapists and coaches starting work in autism

You will have quality time to talk and think things through slowly - in confidence. Sessions are centred on your unique experience, to explore the way forward together. People find a huge sense of relief when they realise they don’t need to be ‘fixed’.

More info:

  • We start with a free Zoom or phone call, where I'll explain how it works. See below for details.
  • Sessions are usually one-hour and can be weekly or fortnightly.
  • I suggest 6 or 10 sessions, or you can come as you feel.
  • We can meet online (Zoom), by phone, or in my coaching room in Aldern House, Bakewell, Derbyshire.
