As a HCPC Registered Specialist Dietitian and leading UK expert with dual lived experience, Jade moves away from rigid "standard" nutrition rules to offer a low demand, neuro-affirming environment.

Specialising in the intersection of AuDHD, ARFID, Binge Eating, and Hormone Health, Jade utilises her Compassionate Clinical Strategy™ to help late discovered (‘diagnosed’) women, young people (16+), and parents move from biological chaos to compassionate stability. Her work is grounded in 15+ years of NHS and private experience, integrating gold-standard clinical assessment (including ADOS-2 and CBT-AR) with a deep respect for sensory safety and autonomy.
