ND Matters provides neuroaffirming coaching for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD people, with a particular focus on adults who have discovered their neurodivergence later in life.
Receiving or exploring a diagnosis can explain a great deal, but it can also bring new questions. You may be wondering who you are beneath years of masking, why certain parts of life have felt so difficult, or how to make changes that genuinely work for you.
Coaching can provide space to explore:
• autistic and AuDHD identity
• masking and unmasking
• burnout, energy and capacity
• emotional regulation
• boundaries and communication
• confidence and self-advocacy
• relationships and expectations
• creating a life that works with your brain
My approach is reflective, practical and shaped around the individual. I do not use a rigid formula or expect clients to work in a particular way. Together, we recognise patterns, reframe experiences with greater understanding and explore realistic changes that fit the person’s circumstances, needs and capacity.
Sessions take place online and combine conversation, reflection and practical support. Individual sessions and longer coaching pathways are available, including support between sessions where appropriate.
I am a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD coach, so my work is informed by both professional knowledge and lived experience. A formal diagnosis is not required to access coaching.
