I'm a neurodivergent counsellor working with people aged 18+. I offer integrative counselling and rewind trauma therapy online from my base in Cornwall. I am not currently taking face to face clients. Weekly, fortnightly and one-off sessions are available.

I am LGBTQIA+, home education and neurodivergent-affirming. People in all of these groups can find themselves misunderstood by counsellors and other professionals who don't understand their identity. I aim to provide a safe space and to affirm your lived experience.

Some of my clients are exploring their identity and processing their past after realising their Autistic or other neurodivergent identity, while others are seeking help with other life issues and want a counsellor who is likely to understand and validate their experiences.

I do not view autism, ADHD or other neurodivergences as disorders or conditions. There is nothing wrong with being neurodivergent. Research shows that building a positive neurodivergent identity is crucial for improving self-esteem.

As an integrative counsellor I draw on different techniques depending on your needs, preferences and aims. What works for one person does not necessarily work for another, even if they are both Autistic.

In addition to counselling I also provide Rewind Trauma Therapy for PTSD which quickly stops flashbacks, nightmares and intrusive thoughts without having to talk about them.

I aim to offer a safe space where you can be yourself. Stimming and unmasking as you feel comfortable are very welcome here.
