I believe strongly in the importance of understanding your identity, and how talking therapy can support a positive self-image. After completing an MA in autism I now utilise my experience in education, inclusion and communication to support adults, children, families and couples to communicate better and improve their self-worth and self-esteem. I also specialise in supporting young people and their parents/carers both pre and post diagnosis in understanding what this means for them and how parents/carers can implement supportive changes.
