I am an Integrative therapist accredited by the BACP. The foundations of my practice are person centred and I believe the the relationship between therapist and client is of utmost importance. I recognise that traditional 'talking therapies' do not work for everyone. With this is mind I am also able to offer Equine Assisted Therapy, Walk and Talk Therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy. I have a particular passion for supporting the parents and carers of young people who have suffered trauma.
