Inside Neurodiversity is a 1:1 online psychoeducation programme for autistic and neurodivergent young people aged 16 to 25 who feel stuck and don't fully understand why.
Many autistic young people reach their late teens and early twenties having spent years masking, compensating, and being told they're too sensitive, too rigid, or not trying hard enough.
They may have a diagnosis, or still be waiting for one, but they have very little explanation of what that actually means for them. You might know something is different but that doesn't help you understand why things feel so hard.
Across weekly 1:1 online sessions, we work through the areas autistic and neurodivergent people most commonly struggle with including:
- the nervous system and why it responds the way it does
- sensory experience
- emotions
- attention
- energy and burnout
- friendships and communication
- the inner critic and shame
- motivation.
Each session explains the science in plain, accessible language (as a conversation, not a lecture) tailored to what's actually happening for that young person right now.
It is designed specifically with autistic experience in mind. Sessions are low-demand and trauma-informed, delivered online via video call, but you can choose whether to use the camera or just the chat box. There is no homework, no pressure between sessions, and the pace stays within what each person's system can manage on the day.
The first session is free and carries no obligation to continue. No formal diagnosis is required, and pricing is intentionally affordable.
Inside Neurodiversity is run by Rachel Derrick, who is AuDHD herself and a parent of two autistic young adults.
