Harley Mind Care is a private consultant-led psychiatry and neurodevelopmental assessment clinic based at 10 Harley Street, London. We provide comprehensive autism (ASD) and ADHD assessments for both adults and children and young people (CYP), delivered by experienced consultant psychiatrists and specialist paediatricians.
Our assessments follow gold-standard diagnostic frameworks and include a thorough clinical evaluation, detailed history-taking, collateral information where appropriate, and a full written diagnostic report with recommendations.
We understand that NHS waiting times for autism and ADHD assessments can be measured in years. Our service offers individuals and families a timely, thorough, and compassionate alternative, with appointments available across the week at our central London clinic.
Our assessments include:

- Post-diagnostic support, follow-up consultations and medication management where appropriate
All assessments are conducted by senior clinicians with specific expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions across the lifespan. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, schools and GPs to ensure the diagnostic process is smooth and that recommendations are actionable.
We are a CQC-registered independent provider. Self-funding and some insurance pathways accepted. Located at 10 Harley Street, London W1G 9PF, with excellent transport links from Oxford Circus, Regent's Park and Great Portland Street.
