Helen is a qualified neurodivergence coach. She is empathic and warm and takes a neuro-affirming, strengths based approach to coaching neurodivergent adults (no diagnosis required) to overcome challenges and shape lives that work for rather than against their brains.

Helen has many years of experience and qualifications as well as lived experience as an AuDHD, dyslexic, PDAer. Self-funding individuals and Access to Work payments are accepted.

Grow Training

Providing learning and development opportunities for organisations and professionals. Delivered by a neurodivergent individual in an inspiring, interactive and collaborative manner. Helen has 17 years of training experience working across sectors. Specialism include
