Hello, I’m Gemma. Drawing on my background in Psychology and over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and wellbeing, I offer a calm and supportive space to help you reflect, reset, and move forwards with clarity and purpose.
I offer neuro-affirming coaching sessions to enable you to:
- Explore your neurodiversity and how it shows up
- Create space to map out your sensory and social preferences
- Identify your strengths and skills
- Discuss your triggers and challenges
- Consider what adjustments and support you need in the workplace
- Boost your confidence
- Recognise your early warning signs
- Build your self-advocacy
- Discuss your child's neurodiversity and consider what they may need in school
