I have extensive experience working with individuals who are on the autism spectrum, including those who may not yet have a formal diagnosis due to long waiting times. I understand the unique characteristics of autism and am skilled in adapting my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of autistic clients. My counselling is tailored to support people with sensory sensitivities, communication differences, and anxiety, all within a safe and understanding environment.
I offer in-person sessions in South Yorkshire (Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop) and online sessions throughout the UK.
