Michelle Cyril - Specialist neurodivergent children and young people's sleep
If you've tried everything and found nothing works to get your autistic child more sleep, you aren't alone and you are NOT doing anything wrong. I know because, I have been there too with my two autistic children.
Traditional sleep advice often fails neurodivergent children as it does not consider their; emotional regulation, sensory needs vulnerable nervous system and need to feel safe. Your child’s brain is wired differently, and they need sleep support that recognises that.
Michelle gives parents of autistic and PDA children a brand new tool box packed full of sleep strategies that actually work. So you can get your evenings back, bed back and mornings become less of a challenge.
Michelle's sleep support is rooted in evidence-based practice and enriched by neuro-affirming principles, so that autistic children can fall asleep easily every single night and stop waking in the night so they get more sleep, and so do you!
Your child does NOT need to have a formal diagnosis to have Michelle's support. If you suspect your child may be autistic, neurodivergent or simply experiences the world differently Michelle would love to chat to you for FREE - Tap this link to book a call https://bit.ly/FREE-Call-MichelleCyril or pop her a WhatsApp 07958294082
When your autistic child is able to fall asleep more quickly, sleep for longer, or stops starting their day at 4am, they will:
- Focus and concentrate better in school
- Be less grumpy and argumentative with their siblings
- Experience fewer big, emotional or dysregulated behaviours
- Cope better with day-to-day demands at school and at home
And for you…
- Get your evenings back to do something for yourself
- Shout less and stop feeling guilty
- Be more patient when getting everyone out of the door for school
- Have more capacity to support your child the next day and concentrate better at work
