Introducing Ewer Court
At Ewer Court, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals are empowered in all aspects of their lives — including decision-making, skill development, and self-advocacy. We work collaboratively with each person to create an individualised support plan tailored to their current needs and aspirations.
Ewer Court consists of self-contained flats for single or double occupancy, each featuring:
- A lounge, kitchen/dining area, bedroom, and bathroom
- A generously sized wet room with adaptations for physical disabilities
- Space for manual or electric hoists and wide corridors for easy mobility
The individuals we support are encouraged to be active within their local community, accessing facilities such as pubs, restaurants, bowling alleys, leisure centres, and cinemas. We offer a range of opportunities to develop skills and independence, including:
- Support to attend local colleges
- Assistance with employment opportunities
- Activities tailored to individual interests, both indoors and outdoors
Ewer Court is conveniently located close to Colchester town centre, offering easy access to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The home also benefits from excellent transport links to London, making travel simple and convenient.
