As a Specialist Occupational Therapist and Neurodiversity Coach, I provide online tailored support for individuals over 16 ( Services for individuals under 18 require parental consent and appropriate involvement from a parent or legal guardian). Confidentiality and autonomy will be discussed sensitively and in an age-appropriate way with both the young person and their parent/carer. with diverse neurological profiles, including autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. I also support people experiencing mental health difficulties, having had 25 years experience in mental health settings as a senior practitioner.

Additionally, I provide Workplace Neurodiversity Coaching and can offer this through government funded 'Access to work'.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me. As an Occupational therapist, EMCC Coach and Neurodiversity Workplace Coach, I am interested in working with your challenges, identifying your strengths and supporting your ability to engage in activities of daily living and explore what is meaningful to you as an individual. 

I focus on helping individuals enhance their daily living skills, manage anxiety, navigate social relationships, workplace or educational environments and manage associated sensory challenges, building strategies for greater independence. I will support you to identify your strengths and collaborate with you to achieve your goals.

Through a compassionate, client-centred approach, I work consensually to create personalised interventions that empower neurodivergant individuals to live well and thrive in their home and daily lives, educational institution or workplace environments
