I specialise in supporting neurodivergent adults and offer ADHD Counselling and Autism Counselling, while also welcoming adults from all backgrounds experiencing overwhelm, stress, burnout, bereavement and other difficulties.

I offer face-to-face counselling in Hayling Island, Hampshire near Chichester and Portsmouth, as well as online counselling across the UK.
