I am Dr Kassy Drosou a Chartered Counselling Psychologist , specialising in neurodiversity. I am the Founder and Director of Autism Spectrum Psychotherapy.

Autism Spectrum Psychotherapy is a mental health and well-being practice on a mission to empower people from neurodiverse communities to thrive. Our practice follows a neurodiversity-affirming approach, which takes into account a person’s neurodivergence and how their brain functions differently from the neurotypical norm; it celebrates those differences while still respecting struggles and providing assistance. We also acknowledge the challenges of fitting in within the neurotypical way of being and how traumatising that can be.
