I am a dual-trained clinical psychologist and coach, ready to offer you a warm welcome, a safe space, an insightful mind and a fresh perspective. I can support with a wide range of life situations (e.g. career plans, relationship difficulties) and mental health challenges (e.g. depression, anxiety, trauma).
I specialise in supporting adults with autism and/or ADHD, and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer adult autism assessments and ongoing support (including therapy and coaching) for autistic adults. I am neuro-affirmative and inclusive, celebrating the wide range of unique perspectives and ways of seeing the world that we each bring.
