Bryden lodge offers people with autism/ASD the opportunity to access resources and options that are validating and unique to the individual.
The staff have lived experience with extensive knowledge of autism and related conditions. We offer the option of 1-1, small groups, telephone or video calls. We also offer opportunities to participate in various indoor or outdoor activities.
Within the lodge we offer several quiet, calming spaces that people with autism can access to decompress and ground themselves. We offer a no-pressure approach that allows the person flexibility to access the various options and resources offered within the service. This includes post diagnosis information, safe spaces to enhance physical health through gentle activities, and exploring your creative side.
