Counselling by an autistic counsellor who was late diagnosed and understands the issues of navigating a neurotypical world. Working open and honestly to ensure that communication is direct and concise to ensure that the client is at the centre of all that we do. There is no judgement, and I encourage clients to feel safe enough to be honest and vulnerable with me and themselves. With a blend of Integrative counselling and mentoring to support clients to live authentically whether you are diagnosed, awaiting assessment or exploring your suspicions you may be autistic. With a relaxed setting that allows you to feel safe and free to be genuine. I work with what the client brings to the session and what they feel they need support with, not the agenda of external parties and all without judgement or advisory of how you should feel or behave as every emotion you feel will be validated and worked through with respect and dignity. My intention is for every client to feel safe enough to be authentically themselves in session without fear of judgement or shame.
Specialising in neurodiversity, Anxiety, bereavement with the aim to build confidence and increased wellbeing in you life, whether you feel stuck in your situation or a loss of identity due to masking, I am here to support you.
I offer a free 20 mins initial meet to discuss your needs and for you to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
