Welcome to Deeper Roots, an alternative form of mixed therapy and wellbeing services.
Our approach is not the status quo, no offices, we take sessions to the forests, beaches and parks, going back to our roots in nature, where you learn to develop a deeper connection to yourself.
We also run meditation courses to develop our spiritual practice and help improve or mental wellbeing.
Counselling appointments are organised between our therapists and yourself and the dates, times and locations are agreed in advance
