I offer Neuro-affirming counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals age +21 who are self diagnosed or clinically diagnosed with autism, ASD and ADH. Or for individuals who suspect they may be on the spectrum and wish to explore this further. 

I offer face-to-face, telephone, online and walk and talk therapy. I provide a safe, confidential, quiet space for counselling and make reasonable adjustments for every part of the process to ensure individuals can access my services. 

I support individuals in being able to attend their sessions, during and after sessions.

With careful consideration of sensory sensitivities, emotional processing, processing of language, and so on, I apply my knowledge and training to meet individuals with autism with kindness and the respect they deserve.

Specialising in anxiety, low mood and depression, panic attacks, sexual trauma, overwhelm and past events.
