Looking for a supportive and understanding counsellor with knowledge and experience of Autism? I'm an Autistic therapist who works with neurodivergent clients to build kinder relationships with themselves. It can be really hard existing in a neurotypical world and my practice acknowledges this - I won't judge how you're coping (or not!). I offer a safe place where you can be yourself. I don't require eye contact, encourage stimming and will find the best way to accommodate for your communication preferences.
