Come As You Are CIC (CAYA) provides inclusive, neuroaffirming community support for autistic and neurodivergent children and young people, disabled children, and families with additional needs.
We run sensory-considerate Pop Up Space sessions where families can arrive, settle, and take part at their own pace. Sessions are set up to reduce pressure, avoid judgement, and support regulation, communication, and connection. Families do not need a diagnosis to attend.
We also support parent carers with gentle community-led wellbeing spaces, and we work with local venues through our Access Alliance to improve everyday accessibility. Our Changemakers strand supports youth and family voice, co-production, and practical access change in the local area.
Support can also be accessed online or by telephone for families who cannot attend in person, including signposting, access planning, and guidance on what to expect.
