NeuroAssists offers coaching and virtual assistant support designed around how autistic people actually communicate and work best.

I know that a lot of standard support assumes everyone communicates and processes the same way. Neuro Assists doesn't work like that. Whether it's coaching or VA support, everything is built around what actually works for you:

• Communication on your terms — written/email-based options as standard, so you're not required to take unplanned phone calls or process information verbally if that's not your preference
• Predictability — clear, consistent processes with no surprises, so you always know what's happening and when
• No small talk pressure — sessions and check-ins are focused and purposeful, not filled with expected social chat
• Processing time respected — you're never rushed into a decision or a response
• A strengths-based, non-judgmental space — informed by lived experience of being autistic and navigating systems that weren't built with autistic people in mind

Coaching: strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming coaching to help you understand your own patterns and work with your brain, not against it.

Virtual assistant support: admin, email management, and social media support practical help that takes the overwhelming tasks off your plate.

Access to Work funding accepted where applicable. Based in the North West, working with clients across the UK.
