My name is Charlie and I qualified as a counsellor/psychtherapist in 2009. I am now BACP accredited and have extensive experience of supporting clients who are autistic/ADHD/dyslexic or have challenges with their mental health.
My integrative approach is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirmative. I offer bespoke therapy for adult women, tailored to their needs. I have supported women for many years and bring a wealth of experience to the therapeutic interventions I provide.
Much of my work involves empowering women who struggle with anxiety, depression or low self-worth. I work with clients to help build their confidence and self-esteem, with empathy and acceptance.
I can also help you identify challenges affecting your daily life, which may be connected to past events. Processing earlier experiences can help release pain, so the healing can start, enabling you to move forward.
Many of my clients prefer online therapy, but if you would like to meet in-person I run sessions from a centre which provides quiet space and low lighting. I am able to provide sensory/comfort items, to suit your needs. Online sessions can also be adapted, we can discuss your needs during a free 20 minute consultation.
