Chrysalis Associates are a highly specialist neurodevelopmental, trauma, and attachment service with bases in York, Bradford, Sheffield, and Grantham. We offer comprehensive, neuro-affirming, child-centred autism assessments for families seeking a faster, more personalised route to diagnosis. Our service is designed to reduce waiting times and stress, offering clarity and support when it’s needed most.

Led by experienced clinicians, our assessments follow NICE guidelines and include:

• A full multidisciplinary assessment by professionals trained in autism
• Thorough developmental history and behavioural observations
• A detailed diagnostic report with recommendations tailored to your child
• Optional follow-up support sessions for parents and schools

We understand that every child is unique, and our approach is neuroaffirming, respectful, and sensory-aware. We adapt our environment and communication style to each child’s needs, creating a calm, non-judgemental space where they feel safe and understood.
