I’m a neurodivergent-affirming counsellor and therapeutic coach specialising in supporting autistic and neurodivergent adults and young people. I work with people who are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic or exploring their neurodivergence, including students navigating higher education.
Alongside my private practice, I have experience supporting autistic students as a specialist mentor at the University of Warwick, and I understand the challenges many people face around identity, burnout, masking and navigating environments that don’t always fit how their minds work.
My approach is calm, collaborative and person-centred, offering a supportive space where people can explore identity, make sense of their experiences, and develop greater self-understanding. Therapy moves at your pace and can include reflective conversations, practical strategies, or simply space to think and talk openly.
I work with both self-identified and formally diagnosed autistic clients, recognising that many people begin exploring their neurodivergence before accessing assessment or diagnosis. My practice focuses on understanding and supporting neurodivergence rather than pathologising it.
Sessions are flexible and can take place in therapy rooms in Stratford-upon-Avon and Kenilworth in Warwickshire, through walk-and-talk sessions outdoors, online across the UK, or occasionally at home where appropriate. I blend counselling and coaching so the support can adapt to what you need in the moment.
Alongside my counselling practice, I also run ND BrainSpace, peer support groups for neurodivergent adults, offered both online and face-to-face, creating spaces for connection, shared understanding and community.
I also support parents, carers and families who want to better understand autistic and neurodivergent experiences and develop supportive ways of connecting with the people they care about.
