Welcome to Chevin View Psychology. We are a multidisciplinary team of qualified clinicians who offer private child and adult autism and ADHD assessments in Ilkley, Wetherby and surrounding areas across Yorkshire.

Our neuroaffirming approach focuses on exploring a person’s strengths, differences, and areas of need. We offer an in-person multi-disciplinary approach for all assessments, following a NICE compliant assessment process. Whilst there are core features of the assessment that need to be undertaken, we appreciate that people have different needs and we are able to adapt our approach where needed to support each person individually.

Our clinicians have extensive training and experience in autism and ADHD assessments including nuances of masking presentations, more subtle presentations (we can see this sometimes with women and girls) and co-occurring differences including mental health, intellectual disabilities, and trauma. We bring our collective experience and knowledge together with self-report, parent/carer reports, and reports from others to develop a comprehensive understanding of a person's strengths, experiences, and needs throughout the assessment process.

We are also able to offer post-diagnostic support if this is something that individuals or families would like to explore.
