At Castle Counselling Service, we understand that every individual experiences the world in their own unique way. For autistic children, teenagers and adults,and for families navigating neurodivergence — finding the right support can feel especially important.

We offer online, telephone and face-to-face counselling, creating a calm, respectful space where you can feel safe to be yourself. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s needs, communication style and sensory preferences. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach; we work at your pace, in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

Our practice is neurodivergent-informed. This means we recognise and respect differences in processing, communication, emotional regulation and sensory experience. We aim to provide a therapeutic environment that feels predictable, accepting and free from judgement.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, burnout, self-understanding or life transitions, we approach each person with warmth, curiosity and compassion.

At the heart of our work is the relationship, building trust, understanding and a sense of safety so that meaningful change can happen gently and authentically.
