Care & Support for Complex and Challenging Young People
Main information
Service categories: Social care and residential services

Our services were designed specifically for young people with extreme and complex needs across the UK (including ASD, trauma and attachment disorders). Our organisation was created to fill the widening gap in high‑level crisis support, particularly for young people whom other providers struggle to manage safely and effectively, usually due to behaviours that are challenging.
Our team brings extensive experience in working with the most challenging and high‑risk young people. A key strength of our service is our in‑house Behavioural Analyst, who oversees each team, develops tailored behaviour support strategies, and ensures consistent, evidence‑based practice and a monthly report so you can fully understand our progress and strategies.
This strategic oversight enables us to stabilise situations quickly, maintain safety, and build structured, individualised plans around each young person using trauma informed practice
We also provide Regulation 44‑style visits, regardless of a placement’s registration status, to offer an additional layer of scrutiny, transparency, and quality assurance.
All staff complete our comprehensive Positive Behaviour Programme and come with substantial frontline experience in managing highly complex behaviours, crisis situations, and intensive support packages. Despite offering a significantly higher level of experience, we remain committed to delivering this at a more competitive cost than many providers in the sector.
Our values are centred on being passionate, responsive, transparent, and solutions‑focused. We understand the urgency and pressure that local authorities, commissioners, and social care teams face when a young person is in crisis, and we pride ourselves on responding quickly and effectively.
