I work 1:1 with autistic individuals (16 years +) to provide therapy and/or food and eating support. I work with people across various stages of life and transition including therapeutic support with post-diagnosis support (both formal diagnosis, considering and self-identification), and can also provide practical support with food and eating too. I hope to offer peer support groups and other professional trainings in future, and am also available to organisations for presentations, panels and consultations.
