Calling All Minds provides online workplace and education support for autistic, neurodivergent and disabled people, and for the organisations that support them.

Our services include workplace neurodiversity coaching, specialist mentoring, study skills support, assistive technology training, manager training and guidance around reasonable adjustments. We help people build practical strategies for communication, organisation, confidence, focus, self-advocacy and managing work or study demands.

We also support employers, universities and professionals who want to make workplaces and learning environments more accessible for autistic and neurodivergent people.

Support is tailored to individual needs and delivered with care, clarity and respect. We do not provide diagnosis, counselling or clinical assessment.
