Calling All Minds provides autism-informed workplace and education support for autistic, neurodivergent and disabled people. We work with individuals, students, employees, employers and education providers to make support clearer, more practical and easier to put in place.

Our services include workplace neurodiversity coaching, Access to Work support, specialist mentoring, study skills support, assistive technology training, manager guidance and support with reasonable adjustments. We also provide Disabled Students’ Allowance support for students who have been recommended specialist mentoring, study skills or assistive technology training.

For employees, we help people understand their strengths, challenges and support needs at work. This may include support with communication, executive functioning, organisation, confidence, sensory needs, workload management, assistive technology and self-advocacy. We can also help employees understand and make use of Access to Work recommendations, while supporting employers to implement reasonable adjustments in a practical and respectful way.

For students, we provide DSA-funded and privately arranged support designed to help with study, independence and participation in higher education. This can include specialist mentoring, study skills strategies and assistive technology training, depending on the student’s needs and recommendations.

Our coaches, mentors and trainers have relevant experience and qualifications across autism, ADHD, neurodiversity, disability inclusion, education support, workplace adjustments, specialist mentoring, study skills and assistive technology. Support is tailored to the individual and delivered in a way that is respectful, collaborative and practical.

We do not provide autism diagnosis, clinical assessment or crisis support. Our focus is on helping people understand their needs, build confidence and access the right support in work or education.
