I'm a BACP-registered humanistic counsellor based in Bournemouth, Dorset, and I work with adults (18+) across the UK. You can choose to work with me face-to-face locally, or online/over the phone from wherever you are in the UK.

As an autistic person myself, I bring lived experience alongside professional training. I’m also autism-informed, meaning I’ve completed additional specialist training to support autistic and neurodivergent clients in a way that’s respectful, validating and truly understands and appreciates the nuances of a neurodivergent way of viewing, experiencing and interacting with the world.

I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, sensory experiences, relationships, and life challenges together at your pace. I will provide a genuine therapeutic relationship based on empathy and acceptance, valuing your unique way of being, without expecting you to mask or "fit in”.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me. I understand that many neurodivergent people live undiagnosed or self-identified and that the journey around diagnosis itself can bring a whole mix of emotions and questions.

I support people with a range of experiences including:

• Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem
• Burnout, shutdowns, meltdowns
• Masking and the exhaustion that comes with it
• Sensory sensitivities and overwhelm
• Navigating relationships and social expectations
• Grief, loss, and life transitions/change
• Coming to terms with a diagnosis or exploring self-identity
• Feeling "too much" or "not enough" in a world that doesn't always fit
