I am an autistic coach with ADHD, and you and your brain are welcome here.

I have particular expertise in working with AuDHD, but more generally I consider myself a specialist in supporting executive function. If it seems like it's harder for you than for other people to get stuff done, well, me too - and my aim is that you will come away from coaching with new ways of approaching those challenges that allow you to work less hard and feel more at ease.

I have a blog post about some ways I might adapt my coaching for fellow autistic clients, which you can read here: https://brighter.coach/blog/2026/02/10/adapting-coaching-for-audhd.html - but a hallmark of my coaching is that I will always aim to tailor it to you as an individual, whatever you might need.

I tend to work most often with people in the arts, tech, and helping professions, entrepreneurs and academics, as well as LGBTQIA+ people. Before I was a coach, I worked in tech, academia, and as an artist and touring musician – so if you’re a creative or geeky type, we’ll probably have a lot in common!

I also have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent people who are also physically disabled or chronically ill. This can affect the experience of executive dysfunction in ways which I find some coaches don’t fully understand, and which can shape how we work in unexpected ways. If you choose to work with me, know that I will do all I can to support you in your whole experience of being in the world as you are, whatever that might look like.

Coaching is, first and foremost, a conversation, and coaching with me is a conversation with someone who really understands your unique ways of thinking and being.

We might work at the level of making day-to-day life more manageable by experimenting with strategies and tools that really work for your brain, because we created them together. But, if you want to, we’ll also spend time looking at your big dreams, and what you really want out of life. If you’re interested in doing so, we might work with creative methods like art to explore those things, or spend time being with the somatic signals your body is sending, as well as working with words. I will be guided by what you want to talk about, and the ways you want to do that, within the frameworks I'm trained to use.

However we choose to work, we’ll be focused on action, looking at what you can do, and how to actually implement your ideas (which is often the tricky part!) to get you closer to where you want to be.

Coaching is an unregulated industry, and practicing in as safe and ethical a way as possible is very important to me. I’m a PCC-credentialled member of the ICF, hold Senior Practitioner status with EMCC, and abide by both organisations' code of ethics. I’m fully insured and receive regular supervision and mentoring to make sure I can offer you the best coaching experience possible.

I also offer ICF mentor coaching for those seeking credentialling up to PCC level, and am currently in training as a coaching supervisor and working with supervisees at low cost. If you are a coach working with neurodivergent clients or a neurodivergent coach and are seeking a supervisor who genuinely understands, please get in touch.
