Bespoke Support & Care Ltd provides person-centred community support for Young People and Adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities across London. Support is tailored around each individual’s communication style, sensory preferences, routines, and personal goals, recognising that every autistic person experiences the world differently.

We focus on building calm, consistent, and trusting relationships, supporting people to develop confidence, independence, and everyday life skills at a pace that feels right for them. Support is flexible and responsive, with adjustments made to reduce anxiety, avoid sensory overload, and provide clear structure and predictability where this is helpful.

Services include community access, day support, and travel training, supporting individuals to engage safely and confidently in their local communities. Support Staff are trained in autism awareness and work in a respectful, strengths-based way, placing dignity, choice, and inclusion at the centre of everything we do.

Support is non-residential and does not include regulated personal care.
