BAND stands for Black And Neurodivergent.

We run monthly online session for Black neurodivergent adults called BANDWidth.

Each 90-minute session follows a fixed format:

• a settling exercise teaching you science-backed techniques to regulate.
• a hosted conversation with a guest expert
• a group discussion for you to share your experiences

Cameras are optional throughout, there's no pressure to speak or be seen.

Tickets are £12, with a free place always available, no questions asked.

No diagnosis is ever required to take part.
